Project overview
Air Design Systems is delivering the HVAC systems for the new Bally’s Chicago Hotel, the 500-room hotel tower at the center of Bally’s flagship Chicago casino and entertainment development. Our team is leading the hotel’s ventilation construction from coordination and in-house sheet metal fabrication through field installation, working alongside MBE trade partners and supporting SEDA and City of Chicago workforce participation.
As one of the most significant new hospitality projects underway in the city, the Bally’s Chicago development is being designed as a major destination bringing together gaming, hotel accommodations, dining, entertainment, public spaces, and riverfront activity in one large-scale urban development.
Air Design Systems is providing the HVAC and ventilation systems for the hotel tower, with our team responsible for the coordination, fabrication, and installation required to support a project of this scale and complexity. The ventilation systems are supported by ADS’s own in-house sheet metal fabrication capabilities, allowing our team to manage the work from detailed coordination and fabrication through delivery and field installation.
That integrated approach gives ADS greater control over quality, schedule, fabrication sequencing, and field execution. On a major high-rise hospitality project, where thousands of components must be coordinated with structural, architectural, plumbing, electrical, life-safety, and other building systems, that control becomes an important part of successful project delivery.
The Bally’s Chicago Hotel also reflects Air Design Systems’ longstanding commitment to building projects through strong local partnerships. ADS is performing the work alongside MBE subcontracting partners while supporting SEDA and City of Chicago workforce participation requirements and goals. These partnerships help create meaningful opportunities for minority-owned businesses and Chicago-area tradespeople while strengthening the team responsible for delivering the project.
For Air Design Systems, the Bally’s Chicago Hotel represents much more than another hospitality project.
