Project overview

Air Design delivered the full ventilation scope for this presidential library, including thousands of feet of curved ductwork and linear diffusers.

Through early involvement and collaborative planning, our team partnered with multiple MBE firms to complete installation across a large and complex project site. The project’s stringent specifications resulted in an extremely efficient and quiet mechanical system.

How we delivered

  • Used shop-made fabricated boxes to stage and deliver duct and accessories efficiently
  • Deployed multiple Trimble Robotic Stations for layout accuracy across trades
  • Developed detailed delivery sequencing to meet site restrictions and minimize disruption
  • Maintained clear communication with Lakeside Alliance and other stakeholders to keep the project on track
