Project overview

Air Design Systems delivered ventilation services across multiple data centers, including artificial intelligence, installing critical systems, ductwork, specialized dampers, exhaust fans, and louvers.

The team collaborated closely with the GC to troubleshoot air handling unit installation within a 1-inch ceiling clearance. All systems were prefabricated in our shop, allowing for fast, efficient field installation to meet the project’s demanding schedule.

How we delivered

  • Replaced and upgraded critical systems, including ductwork, VAV boxes, exhaust fans, boilers, and hot water heaters
  • Integrated flue work as part of complete system upgrades
  • Deployed pre-assembled mechanical racks for faster, more efficient installation
  • Used BIM and in-house Revit planning to coordinate trades, minimize disruption, and ensure long-term mechanical room access
  • Implemented just-in-time delivery using mobile carts for smooth on-site transport
